20 Chicken wing nibbles (10 x chicken wings cut in half and the tip removed)
1 heaped tablespoon Rice Malt Syrup (RMS)
1 heaped tablespoon glucose syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place all marinade ingredients into a glass jug and heat in microwave for about 10 secs (or use a small saucepan over low heat on the stove) to enable the glucose syrup to soften, then stir to combine ingredients.
Place the chicken nibbles into a non stick ovenproof pan and pour marinade over. Stir/turn nibbles to coat in marinade.
Bake/fan bake for 25 minutes, turning a few times during cooking to coat with sauce.
Turn oven off and leave the chicken wings to sit in the warm oven for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes turn oven back on to 200°C and fanbake for 5-10 minutes or until nibbles are dark and sticky.
You can leave out the last two steps and just cook them for 40 minutes if you wish, however if you do have the extra time you will be rewarded with the tastiest, fall-off-the-bone, succulent chicken wing dings ever!!
