Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 ½ cups milk
  3. ½ cup flour
  4. ½ teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 onion, finely chopped
  6. 6 slices rind-free shortcut bacon, chopped
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  9. grated parmesan
  10. sliced tomato
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a quiche dish/slice pan.
  2. Put eggs, milk, flour and baking powder into a large bowl and whisk well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (except parmesan and tomato) and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour into prepared pan.
  5. Top with sliced tomato and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook 45 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and cut into portions. Serve hot or cold with a nice green salad.
