EASY QUICHE

PREPARATION 10 MINS • COOKING 45 MINS • MAKES 1 QUICHE SERVING 4-6
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 6 slices rind-free shortcut bacon, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- grated parmesan
- sliced tomato
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a quiche dish/slice pan.
- Put eggs, milk, flour and baking powder into a large bowl and whisk well.
- Add remaining ingredients (except parmesan and tomato) and stir until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Top with sliced tomato and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cook 45 minutes.
- Cool slightly and cut into portions. Serve hot or cold with a nice green salad.
