Ingredients
  1. ¾ - 1 cup dextrose icing sugar
  2. 3 tablespoons softened butter
  3. 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder, sifted
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  5. Boiling water
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together ¾ cup of icing sugar, butter, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
  2. Add enough boiling water (a teaspoon or less at a time) to get it to the consistency you would like.
  3. If you make it too runny by adding too much water, then just add some more icing sugar to bring it back to spreadable consistency.
