CHOCOLATE ICING

Preparation: 5-10 minutes
- ¾ - 1 cup dextrose icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Boiling water
- In a small bowl, mix together ¾ cup of icing sugar, butter, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
- Add enough boiling water (a teaspoon or less at a time) to get it to the consistency you would like.
- If you make it too runny by adding too much water, then just add some more icing sugar to bring it back to spreadable consistency.
